We keep our owners updated with the financial performance of their properties through a secure online portal. This portal provides property related financial records that are accessible to our owners from any internet connection at any time.
Fees & Service Area
Full-service property management fees are 8% of gross monthly rents collected.
Placement fees are 50% of the first month’s rent for the life of that tenant.
Maintenance fees are cost of material and service.
We do not charge extra fees for:
- 24 Hour Maintenance or maintenance set up
- Bi-annual inspections
- Renewals
- Marketing
